I've been with AT&T for many years n I've never had to pay a bill as high as mine n it all started when a person at Madisonville local office screwed my bill n me because he was not smart enough to do his job properly n I had to pay for his mistake n I've been very upset n no one will help fix this issue n there are other employees at this store that knows he was wrong n missed up so if there is anyway I could be contacted to resolve this problem I'd greatly appreciate it I've always been a loyal customer but if this can't be fixed then me n my family will seek other options n I don't want to but it seems as if don't nobody care as long as they get the almost 300$ my bill went to from 180 so plz help fix this problem thanks James
