My husband and I were using Viber apps to make international phone calls which was free. Now, we switched to Telegram app and we did not know that when we choose call bottom in this app it uses our att account to call and it is not free. We have done this couple of times and now we have been charged for more than $200 for about 30 minutes talk!! Is there anyway we can reduce this charge? Please help!
