Ok im trying to figure out how AT&T has nothing to do with what AT&T does??? It was proven over and over again AT&T U-verse made mistakes left and right heck up and down too, which resulted in the internet, wifi and cable at my home to be off for some 6 or 7 days, to which I was told...."use your phones mobile hot spot." Because of this I burned through my monthly data (the 10 gig plan) and all of my rollover data and now being charged 15 dollars per 3 gigs in extra data, so a U-verse rep says use your hot spot and I do and when I ask if I'm going to be rembursed for the data I was forced to use and told to use by AT&T U-verse mistakes I'm informed that AT&T U-verse is not in anyway affiliated with AT&T cellular....wwhhhaaaattttt?????? I can make changes, upgrades, order service and make a PAYMENT at the AT&T store for both services but if one totally screws up is negligent or does do their correctly then they have nothing to do with eachother. Just another example that as an AT&T tech rep agreed AT&T DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS, and another rep informed me, if I was a buisness and had an issue then that would matter or be important to at&t enough to get someone on fixing it right away but your not a buisness so nope can't fix our mistake now, but I schedule you a service call a week from next thursday, nice.....if your serving for a cell phone plan or Internet or cable and your just checking this area out to see what current AT&T customers think of their cell, internet and cable service. ..RUN RUN FAR RUN FAST GO GO TO COMCAST. it's too late for me I already signed a contract with the devil company worst move I've ever made these guys suck. Oh for AT&T that doesn't reconize AT&T .....YOU BOTH SUCK
