I have an LG G3. This is my 3rd device. These devices seem to get a yellow mark on the screen. Its the same story with all the three. So, I spoke with a rep about the replacement. Last time this happened, AT&T did not charge me. They said that *IF* they concluded that the damage was due to error/mishandling on my part, only then they would charge me. So, I explained it to the rep whom I spoke with. She agreed, that she will not charge my card. When I tried to confirm that information with her, she said "Yes, sir. Exactly last time." And then I gave her my card details. After we hang up, I get an email from my AMEX saying that she did infact charge my card. I am sick and tired of speaking with someone over the phone. So, I thought I will chat with another rep and get this thing taken care of. But, what do I know. GoPhone doesn't have a chat support. So, I am posting this in this community here, and hopefull someone from AT&T reads this. And this is for their information, I am declining the charge on my card.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
