REP INFORM THE INCORRECT PLAN INFORMATION CAUSED BILL INCREASED AND ATT DID NOT FIX.

I upgraded to iphone 6S Plus because i dropped my old iphone and it cracked. so i went to Apple to buy a new phone under ATT 2 yrs contract, after i got the phone i called ATT rep to double check that my plan wont change i still receive $25 discount monthly on my plan and rep said YES. after 1st month bill, i saw my bill increased and i called ATT again and rep said my plan changed and i lost the discount due to upgrade to 2yrs contract, but i told rep 2yrs contract was my original plan. rep informed that nothing he can do and now i have to stuck with att for 2yrs without $25 discount which is a rip off. i called again a couple months later and inform the manager the problem that rep inform the incorrect information and ATT has to fix the problem but manager is not willing to do anything. all i can say is to stay away from ATT, move to Tmobile. My brothers and my dad moved to Tmobile as well after ATT rep gave them the wrong information. ATT has very bad customer service and they do not train their employees well. Reps do not know the changes of plan and products well. I have been with ATT for almost 10yrs and they do not care about loyalty of customer eventhough they advertised it. HORRIBLE CARRIER. STAY AWAY.
