I have been trying for 3 months to get AT&T to explain what "FREE PHONE" really means. I was told in the local store the Samsung S5 I received was free and yet I am being charged $549.99 for this "FREE PHONE". That does not sound very free to me. I have talked to several levels of managers and get the same lies every time. I'm the one who is stupid for falling for the bait and switch. I have also written letters and ask for a WRITTEN REPLY and get nothing. As soon as our contracts are over - I'm gone from AT&T and have been a cell phone customer for over 20 years and a land line customer before that.
