I called last month after some ridiculous date charges came up on my bill, it took me an hour to finally get a 'solution' that now has turned out to be just the same problem I had the last time I called. I am extremely upset with the customer service I am getting. My bill was to be at 220 a month when I started, last girl said it would be better to up to 15 gb and I asked how much more that was and she said 15 dollars I said that's fine (although I know for a fact I didn't go over my data) I was just tired of being on the phone. Now I see my bill is 277 and I am beyond upset. I am looking to file a claim with the BBB [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].. I was misinformed and I feel cheated. I no longer want to deal with your frontline agents. I am not a hard person to deal with but I am done wasting my time on the phone. I hope to hear back from a manager or someone from corporate. I will be more than happy to explain what happened last month to anyone who is willing to hear.
