Very upset customer

A few months ago I changed my phone plan and AT&T associate assured me my bill would not  be effected , So a month later i recieve my bill and it is 140 more than normal , I speak with AT&T to pretty much get called a lyer and was told there is nothing they will do..

Unbelievable

NO wonder verizon is the number 1 cell phone carrier ..

And i was an Alltel customer and had to switch over to AT&T
