About a month ago I finally had enough of $193 per month phone charges and switched to StraightTalk, which is still an AT&T line. I made the fatal mistake of making the switch to ST before talking to ATT about what fees I might incurr, thinking I'd get a billing, but I haven't. Anyway, a few days after the switch I called to get a figure and was told they "have no record of you!" How the he&% is that possible? I was a 20 year customer and now I'm a ghost? I just want to pay these folks before it ends up in my credit file and I collecters calling me as my girlfriend did with Verison, after going to ST. Thanks, replies and remedies appreciated.
