About a month ago, my bill suddenly had a substantial credit on it (several hundred dollars). The credit is marked on the bill as an 'air time credit'.
I called up customer service and the agent that helped me said it was for being a 'long time valued customer'. Great, I guess, but I searched the web and I can't find a single other instance of this happening to someone. It sounds suspicious.
I appreciate and love the credit, but I'm really concerned that AT&T is going to realize it was a mistake or some miscalculation and charge me back for the credit amount. That would be a serious problem as it's a lot of money.
So I'm hoping someone can verify in writing here that it is indeed a valid credit and it won't later be revoked or reversed in some way.
