I visited the at&t store and queried new activation as how much the monthly fee is. I'm foreigner and I will go to my country in December this year. I siad about that. Assistant manager answered that I'm possible to open new account and rollover date fee is $25 and mobile share participant fee is $20. He said total monthly charges are no more than $45. He didn't mention other charge. I believed he said and I registered the contract. But two weeks later I saw the bill and it was different he said. I told him the bill as it seemed far too high. He said it is incorrect and first of all, you pay this amount and I will refund the rest. However that refund has not been completed yet and other bill was charged this month. I visited the at&t store again and again and told him several times. He answered it will solve. But not yet. It is terrible situation!!! Oh, My name is incorrect too. Please solve all the problems ASAP.
