My account was sent to collections for $100. When I asked the collection agency for Full Verification of the Debt they were unable to do so and sent it back to ATT. The debt is still on my credit rating. The collection agency was Diversified Consultants. This is a nightmare and is impacting my credit rating. What is my recourse against ATT and the collection agency. I am going to report both to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
