I have been having the worse service ever imagined. Each time the service rep had No answers for me. But on 04/21/2015 I took another chance that someone would actually understand my bill....because I sure didnt! I have searched the AT&T page to see a link to report great customer service but I cant find it so I guess Ill have to express my gratitude here. I asked the young lady her name , Ashley!!! I just want to say Bravo! Awesome service! knowledgable, patient and effective!! If AT&T could manage to find just a few ore like her..... I'm certain the company would see the difference in revenue and customer satisfaction! Thank you Ashley!!
