I recieved terrible advice from an employee 3 months ago entering me into a contract that would double my bill for 2 years. That issue aside, the person I would like to complement is Tivonja Kellogg in the bills, services, and devices department (I believe)! She stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour while she found the best solution. She was calm and kept working for me even when I thought I was going to lose it. By the end of it all, I was actually happy to pay the $606.65 and save myself from a $1800 mistake. Please pass this on to her and let her know how much I appreciate everything she did to help me.
