On 03/28/2015, I called ATT to cancel my Universe service. The agent asked me for my cell phone service and said she will "give" me 3G data share plan and a special 8 dollar discount without mention any associate cost increase. I was in shock to find out that it would cost me double the current monthly payment, from 140 / month, to around 300 / month. How ATT train their employee ? How should this happen ? This is an illegal , deceptive sale practice.
