I got grandfather in to a plan in March because of been with At&T 12 for 80 gigabytes at 480 something my 4 year old had went way over my 30 gigabyte limit the said they'd Fix it they filed a day late so I was gonna have to pay the 500 dollars they opened a case claim with a case number "resolved. It".March 23. Says night I got a bill for 1120 Hey said they were was no case file number or was the error ever fixed i can't find the case number but I'm not paying for this blatant cover up on their part.. any suggests how to make them fix their blunder???
