not a good choice for your mobile service

I have been with ATT for more than a decade. On December 26, 2014 I purchase a hotspot for my friends and use lots of data. So it end of spending extra money on it. I thought I link this account with my other account and pay alreay. But it was my mistakes so I call in and made a payment over $150 for my service on 2/18/2015. I also ask the agent to cancel my service but I did not get confirmation for this cancellation. I guess its been another misunderstanding that she did not get that. End of I got another bill of $153.28 on my account again. She add the reinstatement fee on my account and keep my account running. I ask ATT agent to cancel this account again and this time I did cancel my service but still no cancelation confirmation. I was wodnering how can you make sure your service is been cancel. Do you need to call in couple of time to make sure this account is been cancel? I talk to two of the agents and two manger which is not very helpful and says nothing ATT could do at this point. Is either they put you on collection agent or you make the payment. Is that how ATT rip out coustomer's money?
