I have several accounts with ATT. No one department seems to have the ability to see all accounts. I have been getting transferred for 5 days. I made payment to combined billing account. ATT cancelled that account, but processed payment they received to that account. They have $250+ payment from me that they can't seem to figure out which account it should be applied to! I am frustrated beyond worlds. I think it's time to start shopping for another communications provider!!!! They seem to be clueless!
