Being charged twice for an iPhone 6 Plus that I already paid for.

Hi guys,

I am really frustrated with AT&T. The issue at hand is that AT&T has charged me a ‘one time charge’ of $585.49 ($545.49 for the iPhone 6 Plus and $40 activation fee) in my current month’s bill claiming that I disputed the charge for the iPhone6 Plus that I purchased on September 12th of last year (the September AMEX statement will show that I paid this full amount). I did dispute the charge, but it was only a Partial dispute to get the $40 activation fee that was promised to me by your CSR ‘Alexis’ (the fee was credited to my account, but then was again debited the following month). Hence I disputed the $40. This can be clearly seen in page 3 of the AMEX statement for October 2014 which I have sent to your company multiple times (without any response), where a credit for only $40 is shown. Can someone please help me resolve this? I can send the September 2014 statement again showing that I paid the full $585.49 to AT&T and then the October 2014 statement showing that I only disputed the $40 activation fee (NOT the full $585.49) and also received a credit ONLY for $40.

I need the "one time charge" on my current bill to be reduced from $585.49 to $40 (if you still insist on charging for the one time activation).

Thanks
