Worst customer service and won't do anything to help!

Ok so we went over on our data for the month of February. We had a 40gb plan and used 110 gb and they called us to rerate the plan. I've been talking to AT&T since the end of February and they still haven't fully fixed my bill. We was charged $1050 for data usage and was only credited $675. They should have took the $150 off for the 10gb we went over the 100 gb plan they were rerating us which would have made it $900 in discounts we should have gotten. I've called about 10 times and they keep saying that the $675 is right. I've added this up every possible way and it's supposed to be $900 off. Ive been lied to by customer service over and over and also had to deal with the rudest people. Last night I was on hold for 52 minutes the lady didn't say one word to me, but I could hear her sniffling in the back ground and then I try to ask what's going on and she hangs up. I call back and talk to someone else for 30 minutes who keeps saying this is right and blah blah blah and then she ends up hanging up on me. Not to mention it was very rude of her to say "u should be grateful u got what was taken off". I said "hunny they called me to change it"! I've never dealt with ruder people in my life! I'm so fed up with AT&T. I've told them multiple times that if it doesn't get fixed I'm going to Verizon! I can't take anymore of their crap! Not to mention we've never went over so much on data like we did in February! It seems like since we got new phones our data quadrupled! We didn't use our phones anymore the month before and then our data sky rockets! I think AT&T has a screwed up data plan and the way they calculate it! We used to have iPhone 3's a couple years ago and I used mine as a hotspot all day everyday for my iPad and we never went over 10gb. My mother n law, brother n law and his wife use Verizon and use their phones as hot spots for 2 tablets and never use over 8gb a month so something is seriously screwed up in AT&T's system! I also feel like I deserve extra off for the crap I've dealt with the past month and a half. All it's been is lies and rudeness! If they don't help me out then I will be going to Verizon! We've been with them over 4 years and it seems like the company has just turned into a completely load of bull crap! Everyone is rude and don't want to do anything! They act like it's coming out of their pockets! Not to mention we always pay our overage and then this one month it skyrockets for some odd reason and they don't want to do anything! I feel like I should get the rest taken off plus a discount for the headache and stress I've dealt with!!!!!!
