I've been trying to shut my phone off because due to my job I am currently living in Germany. I talked to an AT&T representative and they told me "that my phone was off and I would not have a bill" I just received an email saying that I have a bill that is over due. I cannot call back to the states to square this away since I am here in Germany. AT&T does have an instant chat option, email or any other mean to talk to a repersantive so I can square away this problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?
