I requested for temp suspension on my line on Feb 16th to Apr 18th as I am traveling abroad.
Was told it will put in reduced rate of $10 which was okay and acceptable.
Flight was delayed so asked them to change the suspension schedule from Feb 18th to Apr 18th on Feb 16th.
Now I found out that I am being charged full plan price, when. Contacted customer care, they said suspension can be requested once a year.
I was not made aware, if they did I would have asked not to change schedule and also don't see any mention of this online.
Att will not give any credit back... What are my options?? Was I victim of bad service and have to suck up for this extra payment?
