Regular errors on cell phone bills; spent many hours on the phone; unable to get anywhere.

I have been a customer of AT&T for over 15 years, have U-verse with 5 cell phone lines. My average monthly bill is between $500 had $600. Members of my family travel internationally all the time, and we use various additional services for international travelers. AT&T gladly charges me for these services - e.g. PASSPORT - which provides unlimited text messaging - and successfully charging me for  text messages. I have called at least six times for the errors on my latest bill (and it happens almost every other month) - and was promised every time that the error will be corrected - now, within two days, withing a week, for the next billing cycle, that it was already corrected, that the credit has been applied to my cell phones account (even though I have a combined bill).A complete incompetence of AT&T employees and constant lies is becoming a trademark of the company. For my last bills, I just deducted the credit that was promised to me by two (!) supervisors (approximately $60 on $600 bill). Oh, well. On my current bill I have now $9 late charge. WIll be changing the company as soon as I can.
