Complain on the services provided

Hi Community Manager,

Iam a tourist from Hong Kong, today I received a poor service from your staff which I feel definitely disappointed about the well-known AT&T ompany.

 

I activated Go Phone Plan on 7th March in Southland Mall AT&T, Hayward, CA. I receveid a text to remind me to replan it. I went to the same store of AT&T in Southland Mall, when I gave my phone number to the sale person, Ramon, he said no data and record he could see and didn't know how much I have to pay.

 

I would like to complain as the following:

1. To a such well-known company, why no data and record could be found on the computer, how come it can't track back customer's record?

 

2. To the same mobile phone number, the first time I activated was using the name of my husband. But this time, the person "BILL To" becomes another person! To the same number, why the record is different? Something wrong with the database of AT&T?

 

3. The service of the sale person, Ramon provided is defnitely poor. I have told him that is monthly plan but he just keep saying "I don't know how much you have to pay", "find by yourself". He did not try to help me solve the problems. He is not helpful at all. As a tourist, I felt very lost at that time.

 

4. He whistled while providing me the service. This is so unrespectful to the customers. I don't understand if this is American style service.

 

As a tourist, I really think this experience is very disappointing to such a well-known company. I strongly believe the trainings on customer services have a great room to improve. Thank you.
