Customer service feedback

I called to the  ATT customer service.  I got connected with a lady, I am not sure what was her name (Jeperay). I kept asking her the same question: "Why my previous bill  was $167 instead of $127". We were on the line for 35 minutes. She tried to explain it to me  and I did not understand her logic. I asked her several times to speak to her manager. She put me on a waiting line for 5 minutes, then for another 5 minutes, and another 5 minutes. She was saying that manager was reviewing my account and he was not available at that moment. Seriously???? So, I spent 50 minutes on the phone in total. I have been waiting for a "busy manager "  to speak to me and help me to resolve the issue (i think his name is Carlo H[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]. I was ignored by the "busy manager" and this lady. 

 

Does ATT provide excellent service? Absolutely not, 50 minutes on the phone and no answer to my question :"Why I Have been charged extra $25?" 

 

I am so disappointed in ATT service and do not want to be their loyal customer anymore. I am not going to give it up and report it to the corporate office. 

 

Thank you ATT for no respect to your customers.
