Thank u for the email. I went down to Mexico on vacation. I've had my phone on air plain mode most of the time. I was not aware of how to turn off the data for roaming until this morning. Can u please assist me with the charges acquired during this period of time where I was unaware of how to turn it off or direct me to who to contact?
