Hi,
I have the following situation: I am on the $25 monthly plane. My account balance and my account history (both of which I can see from my account) simply don't match. Of course, the account balance is lower than what it should be (why else would I post here )?
Unfortunately I just fail to find a category in the customer service that can help me. Any suggestion on what to do? I know I can go to an actual AT&T store miles away but it'll be great if things can be resolved easier. Many thanks!
