Called AT&T twice regarding bill Did not receive retroactive adjustments promised when Changing contract for prior 2 cycles. Did not receive credit for defective equipment also promised.disconnected each time. No record on bills,& checked. Need email address and or contact to rectify this
moreover one #onbill isbeing charged double. Need to contact someone in writing via email or best ,AT&Tcan contact me at [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] Can Someone help?
