I called to cancel my service due to you raising my bill. I pay 160 dollars per month for 4 lines with 10 gig of data. A gentlemen in customer relations offered me 187 to stay with 4 new phones. When I called back to accept it someone else answered and first told me 215 was the lowest offer but then came back and said 197. I don't appreciate being jerked around. My next call will be to cancel my service.
