Hi, I terminated my service about 1 year ago, and I still haven;t gotten back my deposit.
My situation is that I am no longer in USA and I have no bank account since I had left USA.
And I have requested to AT&T to return me back my deposit, they said that they can only return me back to my previous house by check or send the deposit to my same bank account which I made before.
But the problem is I already had left USA, also, they can't even change my address in overseas and I provide them my friend's house to take deposit on behalf of me, and they are not allowed, because it is not the same address on my profile.
Why can't I get back my deposit. At&t suppose to solve and help me about this problem.
I think that they are trying to avoid and not willing to solve the problem.
Please someone help me my issue.
