How to Escalate an issue and actually get it resolved.

I have a business account where I am a new customer. Was a offered a few promotions including funds to break my contract with Sprint. I have reached out to both business associates I've been assigned to a total of 5 times, then called on two separate occasions asking for a follow up. Then, on the second call asked for my issue to be escalated to a supervisor expecting a return call since the call center can't help. Finally who I received a follow up survey and pretty much completely unsatisfied 2 days ago, my issue STILL not been addressed, let alone Resolve! What kind of company did I elect to service my business wireless needs?
