I signed up for paperless billing but have a problem with it. I also have a suggested solution that I think may help others in the same situation:
The billing reminder I get in my email box simply says that my bill is available. Then I have to go in to ATT to see how much it is and when it is due so I can pay it. I have a lot to do and will, inevitably, end up putting that aside and forget about it. Not so good.
I know what my monthly bill should be, so I don't need to review the detail unless there is something out of whack. I, however, do not want to have to log in to ATT to get the amount and date for payment if I don't want to look at the detail.
So: If ATT would simply add to their email notice the amount and date due, that is all I would need. Then I can turn around and make that payment without any more on-line fiddling.
HOW ABOUT IT ATT? MEMBERS?
