Has anyone ever been told you lost your line credits due to changing your plan too often? This happened to us today and I'm so upset. We have 2 line under a 2 year contract that we've had since last February well last Sunday January 26th we went into AT&T and add 2 new lines on the Next program. We had 6GB of data and have for a while and we currently use about 2GB per month. Our plan was changed to 10GB without our knowledge and I discovered this the very next morning after checking my AT&T app to see how much our bill would be with the 2 new lines. I called in right away and had it changed back to 6GB where it should have been in the first place. Well I get my bill today and none of our lines have the $15 line credit on them so I call and they said they think it's from changing the plan to much in one month. What? I have never heard any such and it wasn't my fault the plan got changed in the first place. If it were legit do they honestly think I would have called in the very next day to change my plan! I'm so irritated! I'm thinking of returning the 2 new phones and canceling the lines we just added on the next program. Has anyone ever heard of this? I couldn't find anything stating this in any of their term and conditions or anywhere for that matter. I've been on the Internet searching this and apparently it's common for AT&T to change people's plans without knowledge or permission.
