Billing

I have wasted more than 4 hours of my time and had many customer service representatives and so called supervisors waste my time.  I was being over charged for my account because of mistakes made when my wife was placed on my family plan.  I want to be compensated for my time and I want to have an accounting done for my account billing.  I have never experienced such poor customer service from any major corporation and you are about to lose a 20 year customer.
