I traded in my iPhone for an HTC One. When I traded in the phone I recieved a promotion card. During my last billing cycle, in December, while paying my bill online, I put in my 16 digit promo card number. It appeared that my credit of $180 was applied to the bill. I logged in to pay my bill for this month and noticed that the promo card amount of $180 was never applied. The card is now expired (Demeber was the last month I could use the card) and when I called AT&T customer service, they said there was "nothing they could do". Really AT&T? Your online billing portal reverses a transaction and there nothing you can do? Like so many other reviews have accurately stated, AT&T customer service is THE WORST.
