Extremely disappointed in customer service

I saw a discrepancy in bill and went to the AT&T Bay Street Emeryville store on 5691 Bay Street, Emeryville, CA 94608 on December 24, 2014.  They acknowledge the issue with the bill and promised to recredit my account with the funds in up to 7 days.  The credit never came.

 

On Saturday, January 10th I went back to the same store to understand why I had not seen the credit back to my account.  After waiting almost an hour, I finally had a chance to speak with a manager.  The manager reviewed the exact same information that was presented on 12.24.14 and came to the conclusion that a credit would not be applied.

 

I believe you all need to better educate your employees to ensure the correct information is being communicated to your users.  You can imagine my disappointment to have wasted more than 2 hours of my time over 2 days and have 2 completely different outcomes reached using the exact same information.  This is unacceptable and something I will definitely be taking into consideration upon the evaluation of my next wireless carrier.
