I've had nothing but trouble with a particular corporate store in my town. I got a phone on the next plan, was sick with morning sickness physical throwing up for 8 weeks every day 3-4 times a day, over the 2 weeks I had to bring the phone back. I paid the buy out fee to return the phone. The store neglected to tell me I had to send the phone to corporate myself, so I left it at the store with them. After texts from corporate I called in 3 times to see what was going on and why they were going to charge me more money when I did not have the phone. After two and a half months I had to call the store to pick up the phone and Mail it out myself. I was charged the $145 on my bill for a phone the store failed to tell me should have been mailed back months ago. They also upped my insurance package without telling me or even asking me if it was ok. They are shady and they could careles about their customers. I'm really thinking of changing to Verizon after this mess.
