Being totally mislead by Att Representives

I'm very upset with ATT, I've been a customer since 1997. The past year I've been very sick and now on oxygen full time. I use my cell for resell business. I've made arrangements since I've been out of work for the past 8 months trying to sell things to make. Cat scans every 6 to 8 weeks. Lots of medical bills and barely making it. I paid most of my payment, but Att still disconnected my phone. I was told by a rep that they could debit my card and then refund it and get me back into the system to make new arrangements. So she did this. This morning Att shut my phone off and will not honor what I was told by the Rep. I have argued with them most of the day. They will not even work with me on just paying half which I would have to borrow if possible. Now I'm sick, on oxygen, no phone to even try to make a living from home. I'm totally disgusted with my treatment by Att and all their Reps. As soon as I'm able I will be looking for a new carrier. THANKS ATT for helping me lose everything else I've tried so hard to keep this past year.
