I recently had to call ATT for a mistake they admitted was made on my bill and caused my phones to disconnect. Even though they admitted it, no one there was willing to help and reconnect my phones. I talked to 6 different people, it was escalated multiple times and though they all said it was wrong, they all said they couldn't do anything. I myself work in customer service in a telecommunications company and the first thing I say when I receive a escalated call is " Im sorry your having problems, let me see what I can do to help you". I did not hear from any of the 6 people I talked with "sorry" or "let me see what I can do" all I heard is nothing can be done. I have never in all my 34 yrs had such a bad customer service experience. I was and am sorely disappointed and frustrated.
