About a month a ago, my cell bill went from $65/month to $508./month. When I called to inquire, I was informed that a $300 data plan was added to my account although I did not request it. Also, another 200 miscellaneous charges were added. These charges were supposed to be reversed and wow, what a surprise by only half the bill was fixed. I took a text survey and communicated by dismay. Someone from AT&T called and when I left a VM, the call was not returned. The charges are reccuring and the issue is still not corrected.
I would also like to know how changes can be made to my single authorized account without my persion or explanation about how it occurred in the first place.
