When upgrading with the next plan, i was told that my shared family plan monthly bill would be $136.00 including the phone payments, both lines with 10gb data, unlimited text and talk anytime, and that was including my 22% off discount from work. Yet every month my bill came out to be 167.xx or more. At one point, I was changed 199.xx and was furious. I called and questioned why i was charged such a high amount when i was told my bill would only be 136 monthly. He apologize many times and the only thing he said he could do was make my monthly bill 155 each monthly, which was still unsatisfactory. He promised it would not go over 155 again. Here i am after this conversation and my bill went back up to 167+ a month with each month bill increasing. My next bill went up to 172.76. Note- both lines only use 2-3 gb of data total each month due to being on wifi majority of the time. I don't know how much i have been over charged since then but this is very upsetting. I'm thinking about going to another company and they are willing to pay my cancelation fee as well. Is there any suggestions and insight as to why I'm being way overcharged every single dang month??
