Ask for Bill Correction

I have been repeatedly over charged for both wireless and U-Verse service. 

 

During the past a few months, I have contacted att customer service several times and spent several hours on the phone attempting to correct the monthly billings for these two services.

 

In November, 2014, a representative recalculated the monthly charges for both services and confirmed the correct amounts of the billings. However, the correction didn't show up in the following statements as he promised, instead the wireless bill went up.

 

I wanted to have at least one of these payment issues resolved by the end of 2014, so I talked with 3 representatives last night for an hour regarding the wireless statement. During the first conversation, the phone was cut off after we were on line for 20 minutes, before the resprentative completed the adjustment. She didn't call me back after the phone was disconnected.  After 15 minutes, I again called att customer service, but the person I spoke with this time was incoherent. I called att customer service a 3rd time and was told that the att customer service supervisor would soon call me, however, I was not called.  

 

My effort to obtain help by phone with att customer service has been time confirming, frustrating and in vain. Hopefully someone can help me resolve this issue.
