Recently, we upgraded our daughter's phone to a new 2 year contract. In doing so, we discovered that her phone would no longer qualify for the phone plan we currently have. We also found out that if we upgrade using your Next plan, we can keep the discount, however, we would be required to pay a monthly fee for a phone. I fail to see how this is saving us money? Either way, we're paying an extra $25+ per month, making the $160/month phone plan irrelevant. What made you change to this policy? And why are you penalizing long-time customers by taking away the $25/month discount when upgrading to a new 2 yr contract? Paying for 4 lines isn't easy and you've just made it impossible.
