I recently disconnected my service with AT&T and i see my account has been charged for the entire month even though i have used the service for just one day Image may be NSFW.

The customer representative told me that the charges would be prorated and i'm not seeing this happening, please kindly assist me further. Kindly let me know if there is an escalation manager who can do the needful in this case.
