I sent back an ATT defective phone using the label in the box on 9/11/2014. Now it is December 18th and no one can find the phone. USPS said it has been delivered and ATT warehouse said they have not received it. Now I am being charged $469. I have showed USPS receipt in store and emailed to Warranty rep. I have spent hours on the phone and they have checked the warehouse. I dont have the money to pay this ammount and should not have to since I have the receipt from USPS. Does anyone know of anything else I can do to fix this? I am going to have to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office if ATT can't fix this.
