How can I get my billing issue resolved?

I recently moved over from another carrier and ported over two numbers into ATT under the next plan. After a month of use, I recieved my first bill and was surprised to see the data rate I am being billed for is not reflective of the amount that was advertised to me in store. I have spoke to the customer service representative in the store which I ordered and she is now backtracking on what she had originally said, yet I am unable to prove this. She was rude and was rushing to get me off the phone when I spoke with her. How can I resolve this issue and adjust my bill to correctly reflect the amount which was promised to me?
