Late payments/customer service

I've had problems w/ fraud only work part-time. Explained that Id just send my payments via money order because there isn't a store near me. Money order hasn't arrived yet so I called att and ask the rep is there anything he could do. He said he could extend it to saturday. Well I proceed to ask well worst case scenario what if I doesn't make it. He proceeds to tell me that's won't be his problem and hangs up in my face! If the money doesn't get there and my services get cancelled they'll lose me as customer! I see they have no care in working with they're customers!
