I have been fighting with At&t since last Thursday. I have had 2 different managers put notes on my account and when i call back the notes are invisible to the other agents and they act like i am crazy! I had a manager by the name of Dave help me finally sunday night. He worked very hard on my account and came up with the total past due balance i needed to pay. So i paid anc then called back in and my lines were restored Sunday night. Well today is Tuesday and my lines are back off again. Since the charges that are supposed to fall off my account are still showing then they cut me off. and i have been calling in and trying to get someone to help me and look at his notes from Sunday but no they say it is company policy and no one will ever help me. How can they lie to you like this? I mean a MANAGER tells you and notes on your account the balance and what is going on with the account and then some other agent is to lazy to go back and read the notes and is a smart butt because you call them out! At&t needs help because I promise I will never tell anyone to switch the service to them and I will never speak a kind word about At&t. I do not like being treated like this and will not deal with it. I hope and I will tell everyone to get as far away from At&t and find another cell phone carrier. I will be at T-moble first thing in the morning to change my service. I am sure you can look at the notes on my account and know i have tried my hardest to talk to At&t but becasue of a bunch of smart butt agents and know it alls At&t has lost my business and i will tell everyone else I know to change to!
