Ok like many other people I have had some hard times the past year and ended up with my service shut off most of last month. I got the money together and payed what was past due and figured I would have a light bill this month since I only had service for about a week. Was I surprised when the bill came and it was the full month. I called customer service and they stated this is standard practice! They are charging me for a service I didn't have and couldn't use. This is absurd I will be leaving att.
