I was on the chat talking to a collections person by the name of Mayrene . I ask for a manager almost 20 times and she told me sorry every time. She was very rude and lazy and would not read the notes on my account from the last rep i talked to. She was a total smart butt the whole time and I have copied this chat just so you can see what kind of people you have working for you! I needed help and she did not help at all. I really dont care if we ever get our at&t service back because of this!!!!
